TVH was especially praised for the drive and continuity with which it shapes sustainable business practices. The official award ceremony took place on 20 June 2019 in the Ter Eeste reception hall in Roeselare. The Voka Charter for Corporate Sustainability, an initiative of Voka Flanders, is a national recognition for organisations that make efforts in the ecological, social and economic fields. The evaluation of these efforts by independent experts is based on the United Nations' 17 sustainable development objectives.
